Happy Wednesday to you all!  Lots of new-ish info below.  Make sure you’re reading and acting!Ticket sales to date

Alright gang….It’s time to get serious!  We have only sold 180 tickets for Thursday’s concert and 120 for Friday’s concert.  This is 33% of the total tickets we need to sell out, and we are two weeks away from the concerts!  Have you personally found 5 or more people to come?  It takes every one of us doing our part to get these tickets into patron’s hands!

After-concert Party

You have ONE DAY left to RSVP for the after-concert party!  Click here to record your response.
Notes from Amy:  
1.  BYOB but soft drinks will be available
2.  Guests are welcome (please include them in your RSVP count)
3.  Do not park on the grass
4.  #4 Birdhaven has offered their courtyard for extra parking.
5. You are welcome to change your clothes prior to the party or at the house.Help Needed with Risers

Setup is Tues Dec 2, 8:00AM. Take down is Sat Dec 6, 8:00 AM.   Please let Paul Inderhees know ASAP if you are available to help on either end.  He’d like some new helpers!!!Long stapler

Alisha Clayson has a long stapler that she’ll bring to Thursday’s rehearsal so people can staple the songs that are loose for their concert folders. She’ll come at 6:00 for anyone that wants to prep their folders.

Concert Attire

Hopefully everyone has all the pieces they need for this concert.  WOMEN with new dresses – have you hemmed your dress and shortened your sash???? See Mary Wynn this week if you need further clarification.

Attire:   All black (same as the Nov 2 concert), minimal jewelry; Men – no ties

Rehearsals for this event:

Nov 13 – 15 minutes at the end of regular rehearsal @ SPC

Nov 20 – 8:45-9:15 @SPC with Dan Nichols, director of Southwestern Ohio Symphonic Band

Dec 11 – 7:30 call time; Dress rehearsal at Lakota East Freshman Band Room (wait in the cafeteria beforehand)

Dec 14, (Sunday) The concert:  1:45 call time; 2:30 concert
